1. Introduction

Welcome to K Subscription Hub. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in our subscription-sharing community and your use of the services we provide.

By joining or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Our Service

K Subscription Hub is a community that enables members to access premium digital subscriptions by sharing the costs among a small group of users.

We are not affiliated, endorsed, or partnered with the original service providers (such as CapCut Pro , Canva, ChatGPT, or others). All services remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

3. Membership and Access

  • Membership is open to individuals who agree to these Terms and make the required contribution payments.

  • Access to shared subscriptions is provided only after payment confirmation via bank transfer or Paystack.

  • Access is valid for the duration of the subscription cycle for which payment has been made.

4. Payments

  • All contributions are prepaid and must be made through bank transfer or Paystack online payment.

  • Payment instructions will be provided upon joining.

  • Contributions cover only access to shared subscriptions for the agreed duration.

5. Refund and Cancellation

  • All payments are non-refundable once the subscription access has been provided.

  • Members may cancel their participation by giving at least five days’ notice before the next cycle begins.

  • Refunds are only granted if K Subscription Hub is unable to provide access to the service entirely.

6. Member Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

  • Use the subscriptions for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

  • Not share login details with non-members.

  • Not misuse or engage in any illegal activity using the subscriptions.

  • Respect the intellectual property rights of the original service providers.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in immediate termination of your access.

7. Service Limitations and Disruptions

  • K Subscription Hub cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to any subscription service, as we rely on third-party platforms.

  • Access may be disrupted due to:

    • Service provider changes

    • Account suspensions

    • Technical issues beyond our control

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues, but no refunds will be issued in such cases.

8. Data Privacy

We only collect minimal personal information (name, phone number, email) to manage membership and access.
We do not collect card or banking details.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • K Subscription Hub is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the subscriptions.

  • Our role is limited to cost-sharing coordination and access provision.

10. Renewal Dates and Expiration

Subscription cycle is 30 days , your subscription renewal expiration date is determined by the original start date of your subscription, not the date you make the payment for the renewal. This means that even if you renew early, the expiration will remain tied to the initial start date. If you renew late, the expiration date will still reflect the original start date, unless your password was changed on or before the subscription expired. Additionally, passwords are reset every 1-2 weeks, which means you might still be able to use the service even after your subscription has expired.

11. Intellectual Property

All subscription services, logos, trademarks, and content remain the property of their respective companies.
K Subscription Hub does not claim ownership or affiliation with any of the services offered.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any member’s access without notice in cases of:

  • Breach of these Terms

  • Misuse of shared subscriptions

  • Non-payment

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved amicably or through arbitration.
